📋 Description Design, implement, and maintain CTR and CVR prediction models for ad ranking. Build systems for creative understanding and user behavior modeling. Monitor model quality, calibrate predictions, and address data drift. Communicate complex technical concepts to non-engineering stakeholders. 🎯 Requirements MS or PhD in CS/ML/Statistics or equivalent experience. 3+ years building and operating large-scale ad delivery/optimization. Experience with CTR/CVR modeling, creative/content understanding, or user modeling. Proficient in Python, Go, Scala, or C++. Strong grasp of metric design, A/B testing, and large-scale data processing.
